A comprehensive cooling tune-up was successfully completed on two 10-ton systems. The work included replacing four filters, two for each twin system, with 20x25x2 specifications. Additionally, a new 3-pole contactor was installed, and the systems were rewired to achieve the desired subcooling. Four filters were also installed for the main area. The systems required 3 lbs of 410a refrigerant to reach optimal subcooling, and a relay was installed. We will coordinate with Toby to determine the best schedule for future maintenance, considering options for quarterly or monthly filter changes. The church hosts Mass on Saturdays and Sundays, along with various events, making regular maintenance crucial. The job is now billed out.

Due to the identified issue, the cooling maintenance has been rescheduled. The job has been successfully billed out.

Office staff was super friendly, informative and quick to get someone dispatched to us. Highly recommend Trenton Marks as our technician. He was quick to arrive, super friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and talked us through caring for our ac unit. Our unit was frozen solid and not much he could do until it thaws although he believes our dirty unchanged filter to be the culprit, so change your filter often folks! With that being said, he already took the time to schedule a follow up appointment to clean our unit and thoroughly inspect it for any other issues.

Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!
