Unit shut off when it reached desired temperature. Checked connections and saw burnt wire to the breaker on the unit. Stripped it back and rewired it. Gave estimate for new breaker but customer is going to wait on it

North unit was on a soft lockout, reset it & cleaned the flame sensor & it began running properly. South unit needed a new ignitor & flame sensor cleaning, swapped out the Ignitor & cleaned the sensor & now both units are heating. No other issues to report.

Sequencer and wiring were burnt. Had to rewire and replace sequencer. Thermostat also bad but customer did not want to pay and instead will get his own. Other than that the air handler will operate with a good thermostat

Flame sensor was dirty not allowing the unit to stay constantly on, unit is 11years old. Cleaned the sensor & unit is staying on. Mentioned the membership program but she said she would think about it. Thermostat wire was exposed but still intact. No other issues to report.

Gave an estimate for a cap and a blower motor other than that everything else seemed OK considering the age of the unit. Informed the customer that the unit needs to be replaced and putting the motor wouldn’t be the best thing. Customer wanted to wait moving forward to talk to her boyfriend

Contactor was bad on the cooling side, making the unit running both cooling and heating at the same time. Changed out the contactor & the unit is running properly on heating only now instead of both cooling and heating. No other issues to report.
