I was born & raised here in Odessa, TX, & was an Odessa High School graduate. I've been married to my beautiful wife Frances for close to 40 years. I have been in the HVAC Industry since I was 16 years old. I started out at S & P Air Conditioning & Heating Co. Worked for the company for 21 years and in 2004 I was able to purchase the company. Eventually, I changed the name to Mega Care Solutions. In my spare time I love cooking & golfing and spending time with my family. One of the truths in life that I have learned is that we were put on this earth to add value to other people's lives and the HVAC industry is my vehicle to do just that.

Hi I am Gracie I have been with Mega Care Solutions since 2011. When I started with Mega it was to complete my internship. I didn't know at the time that this was going to turn into a career, or that we would become like family. As a working mother it has been a blessing to work alongside Toby & Frances. I have never felt the sacrifice of choosing work over family. I love Jesus, my husband, children (3) and the color teal. I enjoy summer nights, fall vibes (all things pumpkin spice), painting, and working for Mega Care Solutions. Toby truly stands behind our slogan of " No one cares more!” and, because of him, I enjoy what I do, and I am able to serve our clients with the same "No one cares more!" attitude.

Hi! I am new to the HVAC industry, but I am willing and ready to learn and grow a longtime career with Mega Care Solutions. As an experienced customer service representative, I take pride in providing the best customer care possible. A native of Odessa, I graduated in 2001 from Permian High School. Go Mojo!!! I have been married to my husband for 11 years and have 4beautiful daughters. When I’m not helping Mega Care customers, I love spending time making memories with my family and friends.

Hi, I’m Manny. I was born in El Paso where I attended East Lake High School. After graduation, I studied Criminal Justice at El Paso Community College for 2 years. Following my talent for fixing things, I worked in Electrical repair and service for 2 years. I recently graduated from HVAC Technical School with Go Time Success Group and enjoy using my knowledge to help people stay comfortable. When I’m not fixing our customers’ home comfort systems, I am fixing cars or staying fit by working out.

Born and raised here in Odessa, I’m a true Texan. I am currently pursuing my HVAC education at Midland College. When not expanding my growth as an HVAC Professional, you will find me enjoying a night out at the movies or having a nice dinner with my girlfriend. We have two cats, Loki and Nala, so I will be comfortable helping customers with animals in their home. My favorite thing to do is help make someone’s day brighter. I can’t wait to help our customers here in West Texas stay comfortable!

I’m Joshua, and I joined Mega Care Solutions in May 2024 as a Service Technician. I attended Odessa College where I obtained my universal HVAC certification. Recently, I completed the Ultimate Technical Academy, focusing on sharpening my skills in refrigeration AC, heat pump courses, and electrical work.
I thrive on solving problems and continuously seek to learn and grow in my field. While I once envisioned an office job, I’ve discovered a passion for hands-on work and being outdoors. Outside work, I enjoy golfing, music, and exploring new trades.

I joined Mega Care Solutions in May 2024 in the installation department as an installer, and I truly appreciate the company's strong morals. I am a quick learner. I am passionate about soldering and I’m eager to apply my skills. I strive to provide satisfactory service. Born and raised in Odessa, I graduated from OC with an HVAC certificate. In my spare time, I enjoy basketball, and MMA, and have a passion for cars. I also study Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.
I am a self-driven and quick learner. I enjoy soldering along with basketball, MMA, Cars, and video games.

Hi, I’m Angel M. Rodela, an Installer, I have been a member of the Mega Care Solutions team since November 2024. I was attracted to this role because of the welcoming atmosphere and the chance to meet different people while addressing their air conditioning or heating needs.
With 8 years of experience as an installer and light HVAC technician, I am committed to delivering excellent customer service. I pride myself on being thorough and professional, ensuring my customers experience reliability and expertise in every interaction.
I’m originally from Fresno, CA, raised in Arizona, and now living in Texas. Outside of work, my hobbies include teaching martial arts, traveling, working out, dancing, grilling, and baking. I also stay updated with industry trends by attending webinars, listening to podcasts, and watching online videos.
