Unit was low on refrigerant. On the blower section the insulation was coming off and was causing a restriction. Got it glued and started my diagnostic which I did notice the capacitor and kickstart are below the 10% tolerance so I recommended replacing but customer just wanted me to get them by for now. Customer had requested to be on membership so I did. Completed A/c tune up and added the refrigerant. Unit is now cooling and did inform customer he may be needing a replacement
EAST OFFICE A/C SYSTEM 1- TRANE 3 TON 17.1 SEER 2 MULTI-SPEED HEAT PUMP SPLIT SYSTEM WITH 10 KW AUXILIARY HEAT
Performed a comprehensive cooling system tune-up, which included inspecting and cleaning the condenser. Checked refrigerant levels and pressures to confirm they are within manufacturer specifications, and inspected electrical connections and components for wear or damage. Tested the thermostat for accurate temperature control and calibrated if necessary. Ensured proper airflow throughout the system. Concluded with a performance test to verify the system's cooling capacity and efficiency

Mentioned to renter & homeowner it had to be a duct issue because the rest of the home is getting plenty of cold air, one vent in living room was blowing well but the other was blowing half the amount as the other. Due to it being a duct issue on a mobile home we wouldn’t work on it. No other issues to report.

Son told me to just take the piece he wanted a quote on to the shop so Toby could look at it in person. Took pictures of model/serial number of electronic filter base & furnace. No issues to report.
Contactor was burnt up not allowing the condenser to come on. Replaced it with customers approval & unit began cooling properly. Pressures/temperatures looked good as well. No other issues to report. Yard sign placed.

System was low on r-22. Checked both coils & the evaporator coil was not dirty or stopped up. Did not recommend charging it up due to age of system & price per pound as she is the renter & not the owner. Needs 8 inch start collar
Compressor was shorted to ground & that’s why the breaker was tripping instantly. Checked refrigerant & it smelled burnt & oil was coming out black. Mentioned we could get him an estimate for compressor replacement as well as a full system. No other issues to report.
Unit was really low on what seemed to be a 410a system. Did not recommend charging it due to eventually leaking again without any guarantee of how long it would last especially because of how low it was. She mentioned she would get with homeowner to see if he could approve repairs being made or charging system as she’s only been in the home renting for 1 month. No other issues to report.
2 wire where her dad had fixed it with electrical tape wasn’t making good contact & making the unit turn on & off repeatedly. Undid the tape & stripped back the wires & wire nutted them together & taped the wire nuts. Unit is functioning properly again. Did not do health sheet report due to just being a loose connection. No other issues to report. Put sign in yard with customers approval.

REPLACE 3 TON R-410A EVAPORATER COIL DUE TO REFRIGERANT LEAKS. MANUFACTURER DOES NOT HAVE EXACT REPLACEMENT DUE TO INDUSTRY REFRIGERANT CHANGE. FURNACE WILL HAVE TO BE PULLED; COIL CASE WOULD HAVE TO BE MODIFIED TO FIT EXISTING FURNACE AND RE-INSTALLED. Paid 3400 cash Remaining balance is 35.26 will pay over phone please send invoice to email
Completed A/c and heater tune up. Customer had filter faced the wrong way. Showed them the correct way to put it in. Other than that good to go
Completed cooling tune ups for both units. 4 ton system had a condenser fan motor slightly over amping, let home owner know just to keep an eye on it if it ever stops cooling in home, besides that everything checked out good to go with no issues to report.

Unit was low on 410a. Checked indoor coil & spotted 2 dark spots on the inside of the a frame. Mentioned it’d be best to replace the coil but could charge it up for now. Added 4lbs of 410a. Pressures/temperatures looked a lot better. Unable to get the pressures where I wanted to due to homeowners needing to leave. Will need to see if there’s a replacement coil in stock & get with homeowners next week as they will be out of town until Monday next week. No other issues to report.
Unit had a bad capacitor on the compressor side & has a leak in the system on an R-22 system. 29 year old system. Unit was really low. Did not recommend charging system up due to age of unit & how much it would take for it to cool again along with no guarantees on how long it would last. Recommended replacement. Took pictures of indoor unit & outdoor unit. Will need to reimburse partial of membership as it doesn’t qualify for club. No other issues to report.
Did not want to pay the amount given will call the office
The unit was low on refrigerant. Customer had informed me to just add refrigerant, which currently does not have warranty to fix the leak. To ensure optimal performance, a cleaning of the condenser was necessary to add the correct amount of refrigerant. Additionally, the thermostat is not displaying the correct temperature. I recommended a replacement for accurate readings. Everything else appears to be in good condition.

I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed. He took the time to explain everything well. I understood everything. Will definitely be calling back for annual service. Thanks Toby. You and your people are awesome!!! God given. God bless you all.
