Thermostat was bad, reading 10 degrees different from actual temperature. Replaced with WiFi thermostat & walked Noe through programming & how to operate from phone. No issues to report.

Compressor is grounded will need to replace compressor 410a
Rollout switch was open due to cracked heat exchangers. Closed off gas to furnace & mentioned the system needs to be replaced. System age is 20 years old. Toby will get estimate built for replacement. No other issues to report.
Erick and Devin did a good job cleaning my ducts. They were really knowledgeable about what they were doing and gave us good feedback and recommendations on our hvac systems.
Estimate for duct cleaning Duct cleaning completed. Noticed mold starting to grow on blower housing. 4 ton system only has enough return (20x20x1) for 2.3 tons of air. Mentioned we could get an estimate for a new return plenum, duct run, return grill to add more return. Once it’s worked up we would email it over. No other issues to report.

Wires were loose on breaker that electric company changed out, tightened them & system stopped over amping. No other issues to report.

Really old unit electric heat is operational but old filters were on package unit causing a restriction on return The filters were full of Sheetrock dust, evaporator coil has all this Sheetrock dust stuck on the fins and even if it gets cleaned with coil cleaner it won’t be much difference after it is sprayed down since the Sheetrock acts like glue when gets stuck on evaporator coil. Unit is full of mold on blower and blower section I highly recommend changing out this unit The customer will definitely have issues with their cooling this season Sent estimate on repairs per Toby Bill out

Checked duct work in attic & all ducts were in good shape. Noticed the furnace kept cycling on/off before meeting temperature so I checked it out & noticed filter was really dirty. Mentioned this to Jeff & once I replaced filter the system began heating properly again without shutting off prematurely. Coil was good as well. No other issues to report.

5 Ton Trane Split / Gas Electric split system with Pro1 T701i thermostat. Warranty: 10 year parts and compressor, 5 year labor warranty, Life tiem workmanship guarantee, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee.
Furnace had a code indicating no flame sensed. Flame sensor was dirty not allowing heat to stay on. Cleaned sensor & unit stayed on. Customer is selling house so he wasn’t interested in membership or yard sign promotion. No other issues to report.
System wasn’t heating due to it being low on refrigerant. Leak detected on all 3 heads & middle head down stairs had a significant leak. (99+ppm) South head was picking up (6ppm). North head was picking up (11ppm). Those two heads weren’t near as significant as the middle downstairs head. Charged system up with 2lbs of 410a & system began heating properly again. Once system was charged, went ahead & isolated middle head by closing valves on condenser. Filters were cleaned on all heads & condenser was washed off. Left health sheet reports inside mail box. Other than that no other issues to report.
System was heating properly when I arrived. Tested heating 4 times & let it run every time until it reached temperature then it would shut off like it’s designed to. Mentioned to customers to reach out to us if it happens again & do not reset system so we can see what codes it gives us. Other than that no issues to report.

System was cutting power after a couple seconds of running heating due to clogged coil unable to flow air & causing high limit switch to trip. Unable to get them heating because of condition of evaporator coil. Would like an estimate for a complete new system, including condenser, furnace, & evaporator coil. When my 12 y/o HVAC roof mount package unit died Oct 2, I knew I would be in trusted hands throughout the process of choosing the best unit to fit my needs. All was assessed & considered without having to make a rushed decision. The Mega Solutions team from office staff to field technicians went above & beyond to accommodate my scheduling preferences & assist me in little disruption to my routine. Due to my health & physical limitations, my expressed concerns were listened to & resolved. I & my aging dog were able to remain in my handicap accessible home. Mega set up a no charge loaner for my bedroom (87 degrees @8pm). Toby, Manny, & Mark arrived @6:30 am the next day to install 2 window units Toby picked up for me to cool the great room.
