Cooling inspection completed Indoor and outdoor units were frozen Thawed out units by turning of heater for 15 minutes Pressures seem normal Replaced stuck contactor which led to the compressor to stay on without calling for cool and refrigerant froze Signed up for membership Will need to come back to conduct maintenance

Cooling maintenance completed Capacitor was reading below the 10% we recommend changing out Condenser coil was really stopped up with spiders and dirt washed off and was part of the maintenance Looked over pressures and temperatures everything is operational ready for summer Home owner stated they will change out the capacitor

Changed 55/5 capacitor and contactor for cafeteria condensers Cannot do repairs for thermostat yet, people in the church area There are children running around by the condensers where the rest of the capacitors need to be replaced and condenser wire repairs will have to come back to complete repairs Disconnect is 240v single ph with multiple condenser high voltage wires passing through will need to come back with more time to complete repairs and avoid children to no risk or expose voltage around them Will get with Josh which kickstart needs to be replaced there are no notes on what unit to change out kickstart Will close out job for now until later appointment

Turned off notifications for filter change out no charge

Inspection completed unit needed new capacitor to run compressor and fan motor would recommend maintenance to homeowner Rental home Emailed options to customer to keep unit up to date Bill out capacitor and service call

Resent new estimate for Russel to get approval on repairs

Cooling maintenance completed Capacitor 80mfd had to be replaced Secondary Drain pan is cut and primary drain is running through hole If water comes out of primary drain pan secondary drain pan won’t catch it and will have water damage on ceiling recommend new drain pan Included coil float switch to turn off system when switch senses any water Re install pvc fittings for new primary drain Extra man for help and 6 inch risers to elevate unit for better drain installation Also recommend changing condenser fan motor since it has oil on bottom of motor No shaft play but recommended to change out before it goes out

Josh changed filters and checked all three units he will upload health sheet reports Showed dustin and Josh where primary drain and water source is located

Compressor needs to be replaced did not work with hard start Liquid drier is for heat pump and customer has straight cooling condenser Customer Will go through us to replace condenser, compressor or new unit Mobile home 10 yrs old

Outdoor unit breaker was off sprinkler guy turned it off Turned back on checked pressures amperage’s voltages and microfarads to the capacitor everything is in good condition Will need to schedule someone to wash off condencing unit Cooling maintenance had not been done No charge

Sent estimate for txv replacement blower motor belt and 3lbs 410 charged up for system Bill out

Cycled power to condenser for crew room system & system began working properly again. Pressures/temperatures checked out good to go. No other issues to report.

Trophy room system is completely empty on refrigerant due to corrosion from dog pee on condenser coil. Unable to get pictures of indoor system due to closet with attic access full of stuff. Will get with Toby so he can give them an estimate. No other issues to report.

Tap speeds for blower motor on circuit board weren’t adjusted when circuit board was replaced through another company. Set the speeds correctly. After checking charge on system, noticed it was low. Customer mentioned when they replaced 3 ton system to 5 ton, they never charged system up correctly. System was low by a pound of 410a. Charged system up & everything is working correctly now. Needs more return as well. No other issues to report.

Completed ac tune up, capacitor for blower motor was below 10% mark. Replaced it with customers approval. Collected membership renewal. Blower wheel was dirty as previously mentioned. Other than that everything checked out good to go. No other issues to report.

Changed out transformer & thermostat head due WiFi thermostat being burnt by hooking up low voltage to high voltage. Charged up system with 410a, & is cooling properly again. Toby will get with Ana to schedule outdoor defrost circuit board reinstalled & WiFi heat pump thermostat (855ish). No other issues to report

Compressor is out, unable to do maintenance due to system not functioning properly. Will get with Toby for estimate of a new unit

Replaced txv for twin system (left side of closet) charged 3lbs of 410a to meet pressures from manufacturer specifications and washed condenser with green machine total of 5 hrs Toby will work estimate

Evaporator has multiple leaks, unable to complete maintenance due to system not functioning properly. Gave estimate for coil replacement. Goodman will reach out to us once they get an ETA on coil arrival. They did have one in stock just not at the odessa store. No other issues to report.

Completed ac tune up for both mini split & home system. Everything checked out good to go with no issues to report. Placed yard sign back. Comfort survey already filled.
