Completed ac guarantee tune up, condenser was really dirty, washed it off. Homeowner mentioned 2 rooms not getting good airflow, no way to check them since there is no attic access. Besides that everything checked out good to go with no other issues to report.
Ac tune up changed in door filter checked blower wheel it has good amps the capacitor has good amps and cleaned condenser coil, check capacitor and amps on fan, compressor all are running great Yard sign placed previously but removed, comfort survey previously filled.

Completed ac tune ups for both systems. Downstairs unit wasn’t showing any signs of not working properly but it was also 40°F outside while performing tune ups. Mentioned if they had any issues with it again to just give us a call. Fan motor for downstairs system was slightly over amping. Let customer know about that as well. Other than that the systems were functioning properly. Yard sign & comfort survey previously completed.
Completed cooling/heating inspections for 4 systems. Guest bedroom system & kitchen/living room system are low on refrigerant (r22). Kitchen/living & master bedroom both need a new fan motor capacitor. Other than that the systems heat properly. Cooling is the main concern for those 2 systems. Other than that no issues to report.

Heating was working properly, just mentioned to her that since it is colder outside it’s going to continue to run to maintain temperature. Once temperature was met on thermostat unit shut off. System functioning properly. No issues to report.
Compressor is out, wants estimate for replacement of compressor & a complete system. Toby will work on system estimate. I will work on compressor estimate on Monday. No other issues to report.

Completed ac tune ups for 4 systems. Unable to access north system for back living room due to stuff in garage right under attic access. Capacitor for fan motor on master room system was below 10% mark. Replaced capacitor (10mfd). Circuit board on condenser possibly on its way out, wasn’t getting 24v coming out of board, checked all connections from thermostat/air handler/condenser & all were good except for the 24v leaving the board to the contactor. Put everything back & system randomly began working properly. Mentioned this to Kirk & he said he would wait on getting board replaced. Replaced 1 filter only due to not having the correct sizes but Kirk said he would go buy some. Other than that everything checked out good to go with no issues to report. Yard sign & comfort survey already placed & filled.
