Unit worked when I arrived & turned it on & shut off when it met temperature. Tested it out again & system stopped working. Will either need to get a circuit board replaced on go with a new furnace as Toby provided estimate for it already. No other issues to report.

Loose connection on the circuit board wasn’t allowing voltage to go from the door switch to the circuit board. Tightened the stake on & made sure wires were nice & snug & unit wasn’t shutting off anymore. No other issues to report.

Will need to order gas valve unit under 10 yr warranty

Completed heating tune up, capacitor was below 10% mark still from last year but hasn’t changed from last years readings. Recommended replacing but said he would wait on it. Mentioned we would keep an eye on that capacitor. Blower wheel was dirty, recommended cleaning & sent an estimate. Other than that heating was working properly with no other issues to report. Did not want to participate in yard sign promotion, filled comfort survey.

Flame sensor needed to be replaced unit is now operational also performed heating maintenance and recommended customer to start thinking on a new unit since this existing unit is 19 years old and drain pan is rotting out will eventually cause water damage heat exchanger in ok condition and rusting but do recommend changing unit for longer functionality Current unit is 80 % furnace in attic 5 ton unit 2600 sq ft home blown insulation will need to take off staircase to take out old furnace return air is good r22 unit Recommend new line set with line set cover Single story home double pane windows good insulation in attic

Circuit board is constantly flowing 120v to blower motor even when 24v signal isn’t present. Removed g wire from thermostat & circuit board even though I wasn’t getting the 24v signal & blower was still receiving 120v. Mentioned to renter the circuit board needs to be replaced but he said the land lord would take care of it, no other issues to report.

Completed heating tune up. Noticed inducer motor was slightly over amping, mentioned this to customer & he said if he had any issues he’d call. Other than that everything checked out good to go, no other issues to report. Erik placed yard sign & filled comfort survey.

Two units have bad capacitor and blower wheel on one of them had mold so I got approval to replace capacitors and clean blower wheel. Completed heating tune up on all units.

Thermostat not allowing heating sequence to complete. Jumped it at the circuit board & system came on & stayed on. Removed head of thermostat & jumped it at the backing of the thermostat & heating came on & stayed on until I removed jumper. Thermostat needs to be replaced. Customer said they would replace it themselves. No other issues to report.

System operational Thermostat was set to a low setting and was not heating the desired area Inspected entire heating system checked pressures and is good to go Advised Chris to set thermostat to higher setting when temperatures drastically drop to 30-20 degrees at night outdoor temp no charge system is operational

Heating tune up completed for 6 units 1 capacitor changed and will send out estimate for inducer motor, 1/2 or 3/4 inch seal tire repair for electrical Clean blower section

Gas valve was receiving 24v signal to open but valve is stuck shut. Needs to be replaced. Replaced gas valve & heating came on & working properly again. No issues to report.

Completed heating tune up. Both heat pump & electric heat were functioning properly. No issues to report.

Gas pressure was too high & cutting off the heating when the panel was on. Adjusted it to the manufacturer’s specifications & system was heating without shutting off with the panel on. Noticed there was a gas smell so I began checking carbon monoxide with my meter & immediately was getting 25ppm & above in the closet. Vent pipe had a hole on the back side from rusting out. Saw there was also tape falling off where a draft hood should’ve been & they had cut it & “fit the edges” around the exhaust & taped over it. Customer wants an estimate to replace the entire vent pipe. Signed up for membership.

Power outages have been frequent in the area recently Recommended surge protector to protect units and was not interested heat is operational no charge
