Job Locations and Reviews
During my recent visit, I discovered that the breaker had tripped upon arrival. I reset it, and everything was functioning properly without any issues. However, after a thorough inspection, I identified that both capacitors were faulty, and there was some loose wiring which may have contributed to the breaker trip. Additionally, the breaker itself was loose, potentially causing further concerns. I replaced the capacitors and ensured all connections were tightly secured.
Condenser is fenced off & when I checked pressures they were higher than normal for R-22. Washed the condenser off & let the unit dry off then checked pressures again, they came down a but mentioned that fence to the condenser needs to be open because it’s not getting enough airflow. Closed it & showed him the pressures started climbing again. Had a good temperature difference inside the home with the temperature probes. Signed up for membership as well. No other issues to report.
Pressures seemed normal besides the subcooling, it was higher than normal as if the system was overcharged. Went ahead & washed off the unit & checked pressures again after the condenser dried off & the subcooling came down to where it needed to be according to the chart. Amp draw & filter were both good, it is cooling right now without any signs of freezing in the near future. No issues to report.
Completed maintenance on two units. Both are cooling and no repairs were needed. Both units were really dirty but I rinsed them and they are good now. As for the third unit. Wires were burnt on the compressor and other components were burnt as well. Given that it’s 24 years old and r-22 refrigerant it would need replacement.
Upon arrival the compressor did not want to start due to it being over heated. Waited for it to cool down by hosing it down. Once compressor cooled, turned on unit and saw that it wanted to frees up. Shut condenser off and checked the indoor unit. Noticed blower wasn’t running and ended up being a bad motor. Got approval to replace motor and once I did I checked pressure and it was a bit low but customer is going to wait on that
Dual capacitor was bad not allowing the compressor to come on. Swapped it out & the unit began cooling again. No other issues to report.
Blower motor/wheel/housing is all messed up because it came apart & damaged all of the above. Package unit is 15 years old, would recommend replacing the entire unit instead of making repairs. Sent Toby measurements & pictures so he could work up an estimate. No other issues to report.
Breaker was tripped, reset it & the unit began cooling again. Could’ve been from the lightning last night. Let it run for awhile & checked out good. No other issues to report.
Put the panel back on the condenser after checking all electrical components were in good shape due to rain last night. Changed her filter as well (16x25x1) no other issues to report.
Units are facing each other above a sheet rocked ceiling. Both are completely inaccessible. Entire building is drop ceilings except for the restroom where both units are above & sheet rocked. Mentioned to manager they would need repair this so we would be able to access them. Not able to do anything until they fix this issue.

Unit was on a soft lock out due to a dirty air filter making the pressures seem lower than what they actually were. Reset the unit on the condenser circuit board & unit began cooling. Checked pressures & delta t & everything looked good to go. No other issues to report.
Change out blower motor and capacitor Motor & capacitor have been changed out, unit is cooling properly again.
Loose connection on a wire nut going to the float switch was not allowing the condenser to come on. Tightened it & it began running. Also mentioned that the unit was low from when we did the cooling maintenance & he went ahead & agreed to charge it up. Added 2lbs of 410A. Unit is cooling properly again. No other issues to report.
Breaker was bad not allowing the correct voltage to run to the condenser. Swapped it out along with the wire that the customer supplied & unit began cooling again. Capacitor, amps, & pressures all looked good. No other issues to report.
Blower motor is bad, someone had put a 10mfd cap on a 5mfd motor about 5 years ago. Motor needs to be replaced, will give them a quote on Tuesday. No other issues to report.
Condenser was severely stopped up causing a sensor to fail. Had to reset sensor and clean unit. Unit is now cooling with pressure looking a lot better. Informed customer with how bad it was I would have used chemical to clean it but did not have it on me. Other than that good to go

Tested the thermostat for accurate temperature control and calibrated if necessary. Ensured proper airflow throughout the system. Concluded with a performance test to verify the system's cooling capacity and efficiency
Replacement of compressor & charging the system after pressure testing & adding a new filter drier with acid away to the new compressor. Will need to add more return as well due to only having 3.4 tons of return on a 4 ton split system.
Breaker on the air handler going to the condenser was shut off. Flipped it back on & checked pressures & amps & capacitor & everything looked normal. No other issues to report.

Compressor was shorted to ground. Compressor shorted due to only having 3.4 tons of return air on a 4 ton split system. Would need to give another estimate on adding a return as well if & when they approve compressor replacement. Gave an estimate for replacement & will hear back from Tisha once she looks over the estimate. No other issues to report.

Office staff was super friendly, informative and quick to get someone dispatched to us. Highly recommend Trenton Marks as our technician. He was quick to arrive, super friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and talked us through caring for our ac unit. Our unit was frozen solid and not much he could do until it thaws although he believes our dirty unchanged filter to be the culprit, so change your filter often folks! With that being said, he already took the time to schedule a follow up appointment to clean our unit and thoroughly inspect it for any other issues.

Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!
