Completed both tune ups, only issue I saw was the fan side of the condenser capacitor was below 10%. Recommended replacing it & customer agreed. Besides that everything checked out good to go, no other issues to report. Customers were interested in duct cleaning, 9 supply grills & 3 returns. Mentioned we do a special towards the end of the year & they were really interested. Placed yard sign as well.
Drain line was pretty stopped up, purged line with nitrogen & cleared drain line. No other issues to report.
Unit was low on refrigerant (410a). Added 2lbs. System began cooling properly again. Mentioned we don’t repair leaks in coils. He said it has been about 5 or 6 years since someone last charged it up. Mentioned if he wanted us to pin point the leak it would be a separate charge but I also saw indoor coil had a dark spot. Told him it could be on evaporator coil unless it was just from the ice melting. No other issues to report.
Completed a/c and heater tune up. Didn’t see any issues and everything is good to go
Panel where the suction & discharge ports are is the one that came off, didn’t have screws to begin with so it must’ve just blown off. Added some screws to avoid it coming off again. No issues to report.

Put carbon monoxide detector up to every fitting both on gas line & flue vent pipe & did not detect any signs of a gas leak. Informed homeowner it was working properly without leaks & she felt like it was more so the inspector trying to intimidate the buyer. No issues to report.
Pressures looked a little lower than expected. Checked the filter & indoor coil & both were clean. Did spot a little dark spot on the inside of the evaporator coil, mentioned to homeowner it could be a leak & we could try adding refrigerant to see if that’s the case or if it was just low from initial install. He approved the adding of refrigerant & also went over membership with him but he said he would look into it a little later on. Added 1 lb of 410A & pressures/temperatures looked a lot better. No other issues to report.
Out door unit needs a kick start and a fan motor customer had requested me to put Freon but I told her we couldn’t do that
Capacitor for the compressor was completely dead. Replaced it with customers approval, then after running the system for about 15mins, I noticed it wasn’t cooling properly & saw that we’ve added refrigerant a couple years ago. Mentioned that to homeowner & he wanted to charge it back up. Once charged up, the system began cooling again, no other issues to report.
Checked unit out and pressures along with electrical components are good. Customer had stated the thermostat is giving them issues. Got it replaced and everything is good to go
Evaporator coil was really dirty so I cleaned it in place so I could get accurate pressures. After cleaning the coil I checked pressures & they were showing lower than normal. Mentioned to Bryan the only thing I could do as of right now was charge the system but there was no guarantees on how long the refrigerant would last & he said that was fine. They also stated that either a year or two ago they had come out to top it off. Bryan was interested in an estimate for a whole new system due to the leaks & age of the system. Got all information necessary for Toby to give him an estimate. No other issues to report.
Unit not cooling properly due to a very dirty evaporator coil. Recommended cleaning but also mentioned he couldn’t afford it if it was too high priced. He mentioned he would get ahold of us if he came across money in the near future. No other issues to report.
Unit was getting the correct voltage & not coming on indicating it is out, needs to be replaced Motor has been replaced & cooling properly again. No other issues to report.
Blower motor is out. Had moisture on the module possible from the evaporator coil freezing & once thawed it dripped onto motor causing it to go out. I was getting both high voltage & low voltage going to motor but nothing was happening. Condenser was still running when thermostat was set to cooling. I’ll need to get an estimate sent over Monday due to no supply houses open. No other issues to report.
Everything checked out good. Capacitors are well within the 10% tolerance. Took a little more time cleaning the outdoor unit due to it being dirty. Other than that good to go
Capacitor was bad on the compressor. Changed it out and unit is now cooling. Signed up on membership and did not have time to complete tune up.
The high volt cord is good but the transformer was bad. Got approval to replace. Everything is good to go

The compressor was not running. The capacitor read bad so I got it replaced and the compressor kicked on. Also saw the filter was bad so I also replaced it with a new one. Other than that good to go.
Drain line was clogged. Cleared it and replaced the “p-trap” they had with a new one. Other than that good to go
Customer had messed with the capacitor on the outdoor unit which made a loose connection causing the breaker to trip. Got it running and unit is cooling. Went ahead and signed customer on a membership. Also customer wants estimate on new unit so he can be prepared when this one goes out, which is 15 years old already
Upon arrival the thermostat was set at 66 and it was reading 68. Unit is partly frozen and could not check pressures, although it may be because the filter is bad and underneath the unit had a lot of water. The drain line was clogged so I have an estimate to clear the drain line and remove all the water underneath the unit. I did vacuum the carpet where it was wet but the shop vac couldn’t dry it completely. Other than that good to go
Unit was low on 410A. Checked both coils & found oil on the sensing bulb to the TXV on the evaporator coil. Recommended replacement & will need to get her an estimate. Charged it up with 2lbs.of 410A. No other issues to report.
R-22 Unit had a leak on the condenser. Didn’t recommend charging it up due to price of refrigerant, age of unit, & eventually leaking out with no guarantees. Got Toby all the information he needed to give an estimate for system replacement. No other issues to report.

Office staff was super friendly, informative and quick to get someone dispatched to us. Highly recommend Trenton Marks as our technician. He was quick to arrive, super friendly and polite, knowledgeable, and talked us through caring for our ac unit. Our unit was frozen solid and not much he could do until it thaws although he believes our dirty unchanged filter to be the culprit, so change your filter often folks! With that being said, he already took the time to schedule a follow up appointment to clean our unit and thoroughly inspect it for any other issues.

Our AC quit working bc of some work done by our contractors workers. We weren’t sure what was going on with it. I called at 2:18 and scheduled an appointment for 4-6 for same day service. The tech called me at 2:43 to see if we were available for him to come head to our house. They figured out that it was a fuse that was blown and it was about 30 minutes and they had our AC working. Both technicians were nice and knowledgeable. We will definitely call them in the future for any service needs!
