To temporarily address the issue, I elevated the secondary drain pan to ensure it drains towards the secondary drain line. I will contact FSR for further recommendations regarding a potential runtru solution. No other issues were identified during the service.
I performed a comprehensive cooling maintenance service, starting with a thorough inspection of the system's pressures, volts, amps, and microfarads (mfds) to ensure optimal performance. I meticulously cleaned the unit to remove any accumulated dirt and debris, enhancing its efficiency. Additionally, I cleared the primary drain line to prevent any blockages that could affect the system's functionality. After completing these tasks, I verified that the unit is operating correctly with no issues detected.
During the AC tune-up, I began by inspecting the dual capacitor, which was found to be below the 10% mark. After obtaining the customer's approval, I replaced the capacitor. I conducted a thorough inspection to ensure all components were functioning correctly and left the area clean and tidy.
