Flame sensor was dirty not allowing heating sequence to complete. Cleaned it up & heating began working properly. Completed maintenance after & everything checked out good. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign & filled comfort survey.

Circuit board was bad causing blower motor to run without calling for it & when I unplugged motor from board, fuse was still popping. Looked at the back of board & it was bubbled up. Will need to get an estimate for replacement. No other issues to report.
Settings on thermostat were set to highest temperature was 74° adjusted it to 85° & heater stayed on after that. Cleaned flame sensor as well. Unit is heating properly. Noticed inducer motor was slightly over amping. Something to keep an eye on. Other than that no issues to report.
Unit turned on when I arrived & pressures/temperatures looked decent according to outdoor temperature. Amp draw was good on motor & compressor. Just mentioned to customer to give us a call if it happened again. No issues to report.

I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed.
