Dirty condenser coil causing high head pressure. Rtu would shut off every 5 minutes due to high pressure switch. Cleaned off condenser coil inside out and installed a pvc cap on the drain line Spoke to homeowner and will stop by the office and pay in person
Completed A/c and heading tuneup.
Completed A/C tune up. Could not do heater due to not having access to the attic. Customer will clear a way and said we can schedule it in sometime tomorrow
Heating and cooling maintenance completed. Outdoor unit was really stopped up with dirt recommend cleaning condenser from inside out No issues to report
Completed both heating & cooling tune ups. Everything checked out good. Just mentioned to the homeowner that the capacitor was slightly still above the 10% mark so if it were to stop cooling later on that it’s most likely the capacitor. Other than that no issues to report.

Condenser fan motor capacitor was bad, replaced it with customers approval. Went ahead & completed cooling tune up as well. While checking pressures noticed the pressures were lower than normal but not by much. Checked filter & evaporator coil & both were clean. Noticed the aluminum evaporator coil had a couple white areas on the inside of the coil. Let the homeowner know it could be a possible leak. Added 1lb of 410a & got the pressures back to where they needed to be. Also would like an estimate for more return air as they only have (1) 20x20x1 return grill for a 5 ton system. Mentioned we could get them an estimate for the fall. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign.

Condensate pump had a screw stuck on the floater causing the condensate pump not to work and shut off the indoor unit
Inspected indoor coil and was rusted and leaking refrigerant, replaced coil pressure tested at 400 psi no leaks detected, vacuumed and charged 2 lbs of 410a no further issues to report Model and serial # attached on service titan for warranty info
Megacare# Customer's fan blade came off. Customer was not happy with it. Will do it themselves
Unit is not freezing up when I was inspecting it. Checked coils and both outdoor and indoor are good. Pressures looked normal. Psc motor had a bad capacitor so had that replaced. Did check the return air and it was good as well. Other than that didn’t see any other issues
Unit is an r-22. It is working and cooling. Pressure are off most likely due to a restriction in the line set on suction side. Didn’t see any other issues
Replaced blower motor. Is r-22 unit but still cooling. Recommended a cleaning on the condenser but customer said he would take care of it. Other than that good to go
Drain line was clogged and activated float switch which shut everything off. Cleared drain and got unit running
Bad ecm motor. Customer is going to wait on repair

REPLACE TRANE 4/5 TON EVAPORATER COIL DUE TO REFRIGERANT LEAKS. COIL IS IN WARRANTY Coil has been replaced & system was charged up to manufacture standards. System cooling properly again. No other issues to report. Placed yard sign.

Pressures/temperatures looked low. Checked filters & it was really dirty. Removed it & checked pressures again & they looked a lot better, recommended replacing that filter as soon as possible. No other issues to report.

Drain pan was full of water due to a stopped up drain. Cleared both drain line & drain pan. Changed filters for welding shop 1 & 2. Unit is cooling properly again no other issues to report.

Cleared drain with vacuum
Condenser was really dirty, washed off. recommend coming out and washing off unit quarterly (clean outdoor coil inside out and take off panels to clean the front as well to properly get rid of all the dirt that gets stuck between the fins) will talk to Toby about pricing on this outdoor coil cleaning. Refrigerant pressures and temps are to manufacture specifications. Delta t is at 21 really good differential
Thermostat showing 72 and did not change, also did not shut off even when temperature reached 72 inside. Swapped it out for a new one

I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed. He took the time to explain everything well. I understood everything. Will definitely be calling back for annual service. Thanks Toby. You and your people are awesome!!! God given. God bless you all.
