Unit was heating properly, didn’t find any issues. Wife mentioned unit had shut off 2 degrees prematurely before meeting temp on thermostat. Tested heater a couple times to make sure it wouldn’t shut off before meeting temp & it didn’t. Mentioned to give us a call if & when it happens again so we can check for codes before they reset it. No issues to report.

Completed heating tune up, capacitor for blower motor was below 10% mark. Recommended replacing it & homeowner agreed. Replaced capacitor. Blower wheel was also dirty, sent an estimate for cleaning it. Other than that everything checked out good to go. No other issues to report.
System has a little over 2 tons of return air for a 5 ton system. Needs to have more return added to avoid any issues with system.
The technician showed up on time, was adventive to his job, was great with his customer communication and service.
Tested airflow & pressures before capping return to bedroom with concrete exposed & after capping returns & there was no difference both on airflow & pressures. System has plenty of return even if the bedroom returns with concrete exposure were to be capped off. No issues to report.
Main gas valve outside office was shut off from when gas company rerouted their city meter. Opened valve back up & twin furnaces began heating again. No other issues to report.

Heating maintenance completed on 5 Rtu 2 furnaces and 3 heat pumps Gas pressures had to be adjusted on gas valves for Lennox and daikon units Cleaned flame sensors and blowed out heater sections with pressurized air Heat exchanger on daikon units Cleaned flame is starting to build rust but no carbon monoxide detected on supply Will have to change unit in the near future if there is carbon monoxide present Heat pump #2 had a leaking capacitor and was reading 0/15 mfd Swapped out and tested heat pump Heat is operational now on oxbox #2 Oxbox #1 and #2 are on great working order no issues to report on those units Blowed out all heater sections and service section with pressurized air to maintain clean connections at circuit boards and gas orifice’s for proper heat functionality

Completed heating tune ups for both systems. Trane unit had a dirty blower wheel, sent estimate for cleaning, but other than that both systems checked out good to go with no issues to report. Didn’t want to participate in yard sign promotion. Filled comfort survey.
Sequencer was bad on the heating sequence. Replaced the sequencers & unit began heating again. No other issues to report.
COMPRESSOR REPLACEMENT. TAKING CARE OF WARRANTY FOR EQUIPMENT INSTALLED BY PEPPER'S AIR CONDITIONING
Office unit had the condenser phased wrong due to an electrical company replacing the panel for office. Switched legs on condenser & unit began cooling properly again. East unit for sanctuary had a disconnect not making good contact. Recommended replacing it & he agreed. Will get with Toby for estimate, no other issues to report.
Hands down the best HVAC company in Odessa and surrounding area. I like that the technicians call/text before arriving and Brenda schedules service as soon as possible. Manny has been my technician on past occasions. He is so knowledgeable, thorough, takes great pride in his work and is always friendly and polite. Indoor coil has leak gave art quote for just Freon and was upset for such high price on Freon did not want to proceed with no repairs or any quotes for replacement of coil
Heating tune up completed Unit was cycling on and off due to discharge temp sensor Bypassed sensor and unit is operational but compressor is over amping reading 28 rla out of 27.6 rla compressor will go out soon Recommended replacing entire system due to many issues Ductwork has air leaks in attic and is not getting equal or proper airflow in upstairs rooms 2 story home 1 unit 5 ton If we replace unit, all ductwork will need to be re done and wide louvered grills will need to be installed in closet air handler Customer is aware of all findings Raul will want estimate given Monday-tuesday Will get with Toby
Contactor was getting stuck pulled in even after shutting off on thermostat. Contactor has been replaced & unit is functioning properly again. No other issues to report.

Noticed the contactor was stuck pulled in. Sent an estimate for replacement. Other than that everything was good to go. No other issues to report.
Circuit board is not sending power to blower motor Capacitor is reading 10mfd and is rated for 20mfd Will need to install circuit board to be able to test blower motor and make sure system turns on and if it’s on operating conditions Blower motor is shorted out and will need to be replaced Upon installing new circuit board started testing system out blower motor arched never turned on Update Installed new blower motor and surge protector tested heat and cool Heat is operational and cool is as well pressures seem a little low but will cool the house talked to owner suggested 1-3 lbs of 410a Customer will call if they have any issues Bill out

I am a 30+ year customer of Mega Solutions. When my 12 y/o HVAC roof mount package unit died Oct 2, I knew I would be in trusted hands throughout the process of choosing the best unit to fit my needs. The Mega Solutions team from office staff to field technicians went above & beyond to accommodate my scheduling preferences & assist me in little disruption to my routine. Due to my health & physical limitations, my expressed concerns were listened to & resolved. I & my aging dog were able to remain in my handicap accessible home. Mega set up a no charge loaner for my bedroom (87 degrees @8pm). Toby, Manny, & Mark arrived @6:30 am the next day to install 2 window units Toby picked up for me to cool the great room. How fortunate & blessed by to have professionals who provide expertise, excellent service & caring hearts.

I have to say that Toby got back to me quickly this morning; Tuesday, from my texting asking for help Monday Night after Bible Study. I came home to a hot house with the AC blowing hot air. Many friends texted giving me instructions; turn off AC to melt the frost and ice. Worked. Next morning, I had cool air. Still wanted to keep my appointment with Mega Care; Joshua. Joshua was thorough, and efficient. He checked the coils in the attic, cleaned out the outside condenser and added freon, and replaced a part on the outside condenser. Totally impressed. He took the time to explain everything well. I understood everything. Will definitely be calling back for annual service. Thanks Toby. You and your people are awesome!!! God given. God bless you all.
