Our Commitment

Mega Care Solutions (also doing business as “Mega Air” and “Mega Air Conditioning”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We believe everyone in Odessa, TX and the communities we serve should be able to access information about our heating, cooling, and indoor-air-quality services and easily reach us for help. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Se habla español.

Conformance Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities. Our goal is also to align with the expectations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Conformance with WCAG is an ongoing target rather than a one-time certification.

Measures We Take

To support accessibility, our ongoing efforts include:

  • Semantic markup and a logical heading structure so assistive technologies can navigate the page;
  • Descriptive alternative text for images that convey meaning;
  • Keyboard operability, so the site can be used without a mouse, including a “skip to main content” link;
  • Sufficient color contrast aiming to meet AA contrast ratios for text and interface elements;
  • Visible focus indicators so keyboard users can see where they are on the page;
  • Responsive, resizable layouts that work across devices and support text zoom; and
  • Respect for reduced-motion preferences to limit unnecessary animation.

Accessibility is a continual effort. We review new and updated content and features and work to remediate issues as we identify them.

Known Limitations & Third-Party Content

Despite our best efforts, some content or features may not yet be fully accessible. Portions of our website may rely on third-party tools, plugins, embedded maps, financing widgets, or other content that we do not fully control, and we cannot guarantee the accessibility of that third-party material. Where third-party content creates a barrier, we will work to provide the information or assistance you need through another channel. If you encounter a problem, please let us know (see below) so we can help and prioritize improvements.

Assistive Technology Compatibility

We aim for our website to be compatible with current versions of widely used assistive technologies and browsers, including screen readers and screen magnification, used together with recent versions of major web browsers. If your particular combination of technology is not working well with our site, please tell us.

Feedback & How to Report a Barrier

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any difficulty using this site, or if you need information or a service in an alternative, accessible format, please contact us — we are happy to help and to assist you with any service request directly:

When you contact us, please describe the issue, the web page or feature involved, and the assistive technology or browser you were using, so we can assist you more effectively. We are committed to acknowledging accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to working with you toward a resolution as promptly as the specific issue allows.

Ongoing Review

We review this Accessibility Statement and our accessibility practices on a regular basis — at least annually and whenever we make significant changes to the website — and we update the “Last Updated” date above accordingly.

This statement reflects our good-faith commitment to accessibility and is not legal advice. We recommend periodic review with your own counsel to confirm alignment with current ADA and state requirements.
