This Privacy Policy explains how Mega Care Solutions (also doing business as “Mega Air” and “Mega Air Conditioning”) (“Mega Care Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit megacaresolutions.com, contact us, or request our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality (IAQ) services. We serve Odessa, Midland, West Odessa, Gardendale, Goldsmith, Greenwood, Midland Acres and the greater West Texas / Permian Basin region. Mega Care Solutions is a Texas business operated from 1500 N Texas Ave, Odessa, TX 79761.

By using this website or contacting us, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Se habla español — if you would like this policy explained in Spanish, please contact us.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you fill out a contact or service-request form, call, text, email, or otherwise interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and identifier information — your name, email address, and phone number.
  • Service details — the message you send us, which may include your service or property address and a description of your HVAC or IAQ needs.
  • Communication records — notes, recordings, or transcripts of calls, texts, chats, or emails, where permitted by law and used to provide and document service.
  • Financing or membership information — if you apply for financing or join the Mega Care Club, additional information may be collected by us or by our partners.

Information Collected Automatically

When you browse megacaresolutions.com, we and our service providers may automatically collect device and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and date/time stamps. We use website analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) to understand how visitors use our site. Analytics cookies are optional and only fire after you accept them in our cookie banner (or you may reject them and only essential cookies will run). We honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.

Information From Third Parties

We may receive information from third parties such as review and ratings platforms, advertising or analytics partners, and financing providers, consistent with their own privacy policies.

Payment cards. We do not capture or store credit or debit card numbers through this website. Payment is handled in person (cash, credit, debit, or check) or by a third-party financing partner (currently GoodLeap, Synchrony, and Service Finance), each of which operates its own secure, PCI-compliant application flow.

2. Sources of Your Information

We collect personal information from three sources: (a) directly from you when you contact us or request service; (b) automatically from your device and browser when you use our website; and (c) from third-party partners and platforms described above.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide quotes or estimates;
  • To schedule, perform, and follow up on HVAC and IAQ service;
  • To send appointment confirmations, service updates, and reminders;
  • To process financing or membership requests you submit;
  • With your permission, to send promotions, offers, and marketing communications;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services;
  • To comply with legal, tax, warranty, and recordkeeping obligations; and
  • To protect our rights, prevent fraud, and ensure the safety of our customers and team.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use essential cookies that make the site work and, only with your permission, analytics cookies that help us understand usage. We do not currently deploy third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel); if we ever add advertising pixels — for example, to measure Google Ads performance — we will update this policy and treat them as optional cookies gated by your consent. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can change your consent choice at any time from our cookie banner or by contacting us. We honor recognized browser-level opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), where required by law; we also respect Do Not Track (DNT) signals to the extent supported.

5. Analytics & Advertising Choices

We use Google Analytics to measure site performance. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can manage Google ad personalization at Google Ad Settings, and opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance. Sending a GPC signal from a supported browser will also opt you out of applicable sharing.

6. How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as needed to operate our business and as permitted by law:

  • Service providers who act on our behalf — for example, website hosting, scheduling and dispatch, communications, analytics, financing, and (where applicable) payment processing. These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

7. Your Privacy Choices — Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Mega Care Solutions does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Categories of tools that may process personal information on this site (when configured) are limited to: Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager (measurement), Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection on forms), ServiceTitan (online scheduling), and — if you opt in — our SMS platform (Chiirp / A2P 10DLC) for appointment and program texts. We do not operate third-party call-tracking pixels on this site.

You can exercise the following choices at any time:

  • Opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in any email
  • Reply STOP to opt out of text messages (reply HELP for help) — see our SMS Terms
  • Turn off analytics/advertising cookies using our control or your browser settings
  • Enable the Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser — we treat it as a valid opt-out of applicable advertising / sharing signals
  • Contact us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you

Your California Privacy Rights

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.100 et seq.), California residents have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and request a copy
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — we do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising, but you may still register your preference via Cookie Preferences, GPC, or by contacting us
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information — we do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide HVAC service
  • Non-discrimination — we will never deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16 (phone (432) 580-6342, email megaaircond@gmail.com, or mail to 1500 N Texas Ave, Odessa, TX 79761). We will verify your request before acting on it, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. Last updated: July 29, 2026.

8. Privacy Rights in Texas & Other States

Because we are based in Texas, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) may apply to our handling of your information. Residents of Texas — and of other states with comparable privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and Utah) — may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us as described in Section 16. If we decline a request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response, and we will inform you of the outcome.

9. Text Messaging (SMS), TCPA & A2P 10DLC Consent

When you provide your mobile number and check the separate, optional SMS consent box on a form (unchecked by default and not bundled with the general contact consent), or reply YES to a text asking you to opt in, you consent to receive text messages from Mega Care Solutions related to your service, account, and — only if you agree — promotional offers. We obtain express opt-in consent before sending marketing texts, and consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase, service call, or estimate. Our text-messaging program is operated via an A2P 10DLC campaign so carriers can deliver messages reliably; see our SMS Terms for the full program details. Final consent wording and 10DLC brand/campaign registration remain subject to client + counsel + Chiirp confirmation.

  • Message types: appointment confirmations, on-the-way alerts, service and dispatch updates, satisfaction follow-ups, and — only if you opt in — promotional offers and Mega Care Club reminders.
  • Message frequency: varies based on your interactions and requests (typically fewer than 10 messages per month).
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
  • Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to any Mega Care text to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (432) 580-6342.
  • Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile opt-in data is not sold or shared. Mobile information — including your opt-in status, phone number, and any consent record — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to sub-contracted service providers (for example, our SMS platform) who help us deliver the messages you asked for.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our website is intended for a general, adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. How Long We Keep Your Information

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain warranty and maintenance records, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

12. How We Protect Your Information & Payment Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no website or method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk and should take care to protect your own account and device security.

Payment Security. This website does not collect raw credit- or debit-card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment-card data. In-person payments may be taken by our technicians (cash, credit, debit, or check). Financing applications (GoodLeap, Synchrony, Service Finance, or similar) are completed on the lender’s own hosted pages or portals — card and financing data are processed by those third parties under their privacy and security policies, not on our forms.

13. Third-Party Websites & Links

Our site may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.

14. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Notice

Some content on this website may be created or refined with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools and is reviewed by our team for accuracy. We also use an AI-assisted voice concierge for after-hours calls (approximately midnight to 7:00 AM local time) to triage requests, capture your callback details, and dispatch true emergencies to our on-call technician. Information you provide to that assistant — or to any AI feature on this website — is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy; please do not submit sensitive personal information through chat features. AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete, so please confirm any important details with us directly before relying on them.

15. Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link, opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP, manage cookies through your browser, and request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting us. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

16. How to Contact Us & Submit a Privacy Request

To ask a question about this policy or to submit a privacy request, contact us:

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

17. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or otherwise communicated as required by law. Your continued use of the website after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.

This Privacy Policy is provided for your information and is not legal advice. For questions about how state-specific privacy laws apply to you, please consult your own attorney.
