Born and raised in Odessa and an Odessa High graduate, Toby has been in the HVAC industry since he was 16. He worked 21 years at S&P Air Conditioning & Heating, purchased the company in 2004, and eventually renamed it Mega Care Solutions. Married to his wife Frances for close to 40 years, he loves cooking and golfing — and believes "we are born for the benefit of others."

Gracie joined Mega Care Solutions in 2011 to complete an internship — and it turned into a career and a second family. A working mother who loves Jesus, her husband and three children (and all things teal), she serves every client with the same "No one cares more!" attitude.
Customer Service Representative
A native of Odessa and a Permian High graduate (Go Mojo!), Brenda is an experienced customer service representative who takes pride in providing the best customer care possible. Married 11 years with four daughters, she loves making memories with family and friends.

Born in El Paso, Manny studied criminal justice before following his talent for fixing things into electrical repair and, most recently, HVAC. A graduate of HVAC Technical School with Go Time Success Group, he enjoys using his knowledge to help people stay comfortable.

Born and raised in Odessa, Eric is a true Texan currently pursuing his HVAC education at Midland College. His favorite thing is making someone's day brighter — and with two cats at home, he's right at home helping customers with pets.
