What to do while you wait
- Set the thermostat to off (or fan) to avoid the system freezing up further if it's iced.
- Close blinds on west and south windows to cut the solar gain that's heating your home.
- Check the basics only if it's safe: a tripped breaker or a clogged filter is sometimes the whole story.
- Move vulnerable family members to the coolest room and stay hydrated.
What we'll do
- Diagnose honestly. Many "emergencies" are a capacitor, contactor, or clogged condensate line — an affordable, same-visit fix.
- Give you the real picture. If the system is old and the repair is major, we'll lay out repair vs. replacement without scare tactics.
- Stand behind the work with a labor warranty.

Frequently asked questions
Do you offer 24/7 emergency AC repair in Odessa and Midland? +
Yes. Mega Care Solutions runs a 24/7 Care Line, and a real, local person answers. Call (432) 580-6342 and we'll get a technician headed your way for priority AC repair across Odessa, West Odessa, Midland, and the surrounding Permian Basin.
My AC stopped — is there anything I can check first? +
If it's safe, check for a tripped breaker and a clogged air filter, and turn the system off if it appears iced over so it can thaw. Close blinds on sun-facing windows to slow the heat. Then call us — many failures are an affordable, same-visit fix.
Will you pressure me to replace instead of repair? +
No. Many emergency failures are a capacitor, contactor, or clogged drain line that we can fix on the spot. If the system is old and the repair is major, we'll lay out your options honestly without scare tactics.
